Job Description

As a Chemical Technician at XYZ Textiles, you will be at the forefront of color formulation, ensuring the highest quality and consistency of our textile products. You will work closely with production teams to develop and adjust color formulations while keeping up with the latest trends in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop dye formulations and ensure accurate measurement.
• Conduct lab tests for colorfastness and durability.
• Collaborate closely with quality control teams to ensure high standards.
• Research sustainable dyeing processes and materials.
• Provide ongoing technical support and training for team members.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Chemistry or related field is preferred

• Experience in managing a team is a plus
