Responsibilities

• Direct the execution of construction projects to meet objectives.
• Analyze and report on project performance metrics.
• Engage with local authorities for permits and inspections.
• Establish project scopes, objectives, and success criteria.
• Ensure effective communication among all project participants.
• Utilize project management software for tracking developments.
• Facilitate site meetings with construction crews.
• Monitor the use of materials and equipment.
• Manage changes in project scope and resolve conflicts.
• Cultivate a safety-oriented work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Building and Construction
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant project management experience.

• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Project
• Revit

Certifications

• White Card (Construction Induction Training)

Languages

• English: Fluent
