Job Description

We are seeking experienced Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operators and Tenders to manage tunnel kiln operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge in kiln firing processes and demonstrate proficiency in maintaining production quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor kiln operations to ensure product quality.
• Maintain accurate production logs and temperature records.
• Conduct troubleshooting for equipment faults and perform minor repairs.
• Work with cross-functional teams for efficient production scheduling.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance before delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III/IV in Manufacturing or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production environment

Technical Skills

• Kiln Control Software
• Safety Regulations Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Adaptability

Certifications

• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Strong working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures: Knowledge and experience in maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to mentor junior staff: Experience in training and developing less experienced team members.
