Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Agents and Business Managers to represent artists and performers. The successful candidate will negotiate contracts, provide editorial feedback, and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in negotiations and meetings with potential partners.
• Ensure clients are fully informed about contractual obligations.
• Provide insight into market changes and potential opportunities.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials for clients.
• Network with industry professionals to create new opportunities.
• Track the progress of client projects and report to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent management or a similar role

Advantageous
