Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer to manage escrow accounts and transactions. The candidate will ensure compliance with regulations while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Open, manage, and close escrow accounts for high-value transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
  • Communicate updates to clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze and interpret legal documents related to escrow transactions.
  • Process and disburse funds in accordance with escrow instructions.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of escrow accounts for accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the escrow process.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for all related activities.
  • Assist in training new team members on escrow procedures.
  • Stay updated on changes in escrow regulations and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in escrow operations with a focus on complex transactions
Technical Skills
  • Experience with escrow management software
  • Familiarity with international escrow transactions
Soft Skills
  • Customer service excellence
Certifications
  • Professional certification in escrow operations
Languages
  • English: Fluent
