Job Description

As a Deeds Recorder, you will be responsible for recording and maintaining critical legal documents related to property transfers and real estate transactions. We seek an individual with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage our diverse range of documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Review legal documents for completeness and correctness before recording.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders in the real estate domain to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Prepare reports regarding recorded documents and transactions for internal audits.
  • Implement best practices for record keeping and documentation.
  • Stay updated with changes in legislation affecting property laws and transactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in real estate law or related field is advantageous
Technical Skills
  • Database management systems
Soft Skills
  • Analytical thinking

Advantageous

  • Understanding of land surveying and mapping principles: Ability to interpret land survey documentation for accurate record keeping.
  • Experience with database management systems: Hands-on experience with various database tools for managing records effectively.
