Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to oversee the operation of mixing and blending machines in our busy manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that ingredients are mixed according to specified recipes to produce high-quality food products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor blending processes to ensure high-quality output.
• Perform routine adjustments to machinery settings as needed.
• Assist in addressing and troubleshooting any blending machine malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards within the operation.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in food production.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to discuss production goals and updates.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
• Actively participate in company-wide initiatives aimed at sustainability.
• Facilitate communication among team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Food Safety preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in food processing preferred.
