Production Worker - Die Sizer

Job Description

As a Die Sizer, your primary role will be to measure and inspect metal parts produced by die casting machines, ensuring they meet all specifications and quality standards. You will operate die sizing equipment, maintain the tools, and collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, measure and validate die-cast products against technical drawings.
• Adjust machinery settings based on inspection outcomes.
• Conduct regular checks on die sizing equipment for optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspection results and maintenance activities.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold manufacturing standards.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in the production line.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss quality and production goals.
• Ensure compliance with OHS regulations and cleanliness in the workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certification in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in die casting or metalworking industry is advantageous.
