Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular checks on safety equipment and first aid supplies.
  • Encourage positive interactions and a fun atmosphere among guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the Fun House.
  • Manage the ticketing system and cash register effectively.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding equipment or safety concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in first aid and CPR strongly desired
Experience
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Technical Skills
  • Basic mechanical skills

  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
Languages
  • English: Fluent
