Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our clients. In this role, you will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, ensuring that our customers receive timely assistance and guidance. You will also be a key player in documenting and resolving issues through our internal ticketing system.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt solutions.
  • Utilize remote access tools to assist customers effectively.
  • Track and prioritize support tickets for efficient handling.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or help desk
