Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Auto Leasing Manager to oversee our vehicle leasing operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of leasing consultants, maintain client relationships, and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of leasing operations including contract approvals and negotiations
  • Inspire and lead a team towards high performance
  • Engage with clients to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
  • Assess leasing process efficiency and recommend improvements
  • Deliver training sessions to upskill team members
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to track sales and customer interactions
  • Participate in community events to promote the company's leasing services
  • Monitor competitors and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Facilitate communication across teams to enhance synergy
  • Report to the COO with insights on team performance and client feedback

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Certificates in Sales and Marketing are a bonus
Experience
  • 5+ years in managing retail teams, preferably in the automotive industry
