Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Auto Leasing Manager to oversee our vehicle leasing operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of leasing consultants, maintain client relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Oversight of leasing operations including contract approvals and negotiations
Inspire and lead a team towards high performance
Engage with clients to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
Assess leasing process efficiency and recommend improvements
Deliver training sessions to upskill team members
Utilize CRM tools effectively to track sales and customer interactions
Participate in community events to promote the company's leasing services
Monitor competitors and adjust strategies as necessary
Facilitate communication across teams to enhance synergy
Report to the COO with insights on team performance and client feedback
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
Certificates in Sales and Marketing are a bonus
Experience
5+ years in managing retail teams, preferably in the automotive industry
