Responsibilities

• Perform thorough diagnostics on radiator systems and recommend necessary repairs.
• Overhaul and reinstall radiators, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Collaborate with workshop management to streamline operations.
• Offer technical support to less experienced team members.
• Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Implement safety protocols and practices in the workshop.
• Assist in training apprentices and new team members.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
• Stay abreast of new automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Provide feedback for service process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Experience in radiator repair preferred.

Technical Skills

• Cooling system diagnostics
• Welding skills

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of hybrid or electric vehicle cooling systems: Experience with advanced cooling systems in hybrid or electric vehicles.
• Previous supervisory experience: Ability to lead and train junior technicians.
