Job Description

As a Biofuels Production Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our biodiesel production operations. This includes managing day-to-day plant activities, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and leading a team dedicated to renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities within the biodiesel production facility.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
• Establish and implement effective production procedures.
• Recruit, train and manage production staff.
• Evaluate production performance indicators and report findings.
• Oversee raw material and product inventory management.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage financial planning and forecasting for operational budgets.
• Perform in-depth analyses of operational costs.
• Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years in biodiesel production management
