Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Non-Destructive Testing Specialist to join our team. Your primary role will involve performing various NDT methods to ensure the integrity of materials and structures. You will work closely with engineers to implement testing protocols, interpret results, and maintain compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and proficiency in non-destructive testing technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of non-destructive tests to assess material integrity.
  • Analyze and document the results of tests and inspections.
  • Ensure all testing activities meet company and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining and calibrating testing equipment.
  • Work alongside other technicians and engineers to achieve testing goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Educate clients on testing processes and results.
  • Participate in safety audits and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records regarding inspection processes and results.
  • Support the implementation of new testing methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in Non-Destructive Testing
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in non-destructive testing fields

Certifications
  • NDT Certification from a recognized body
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Hands-on experience with CAD software: Experience using CAD software to assist in inspection and reporting tasks.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards: Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to NDT practices is beneficial.
