Extruding and Forming Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders, Synthetic and Glass Fibers

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Extruding and Forming Machine Operator to manage and optimize the extrusion processes for synthetic and glass fibers. The operator will play a key role in maintaining equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting the production team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure that the production workflow is maintained without delays.
• Assist with quality assurance checks and provide feedback to the production team.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Polymer Processing or equivalent
• First Aid certificate (desirable)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating blown film extrusion lines.

Technical Skills

• Extrusion Control Software
• Measurement Tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Forklift license (desirable)

Languages
