We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Wollongong team. Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from conception through construction.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resources.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and clients.
• Manage site activities and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Conduct assessments and provide solutions for design challenges.
• Monitor environmental impact and sustainability practices.
• Prepare budgets, estimates, and financial reports.
• Facilitate training sessions for engineering staff.
• Research new technologies and methodologies in civil engineering.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management
