Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MOCVD Engineer to enhance our semiconductor processing capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge deposition techniques and collaborate with other engineers and scientists in the rapidly evolving field of semiconductor technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise MOCVD systems for thin-film deposition processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of MOCVD equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency.
• Analyse experimental data to refine MOCVD processes.
• Monitor and document process parameters and equipment performance.
• Train junior engineers and technicians on MOCVD operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.
• Stay current with industry advancements in MOCVD technology.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to innovate new deposition techniques.
• Conduct experiments to optimise film properties for specific applications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in MOCVD engineering or related fields.
