Job Description

As a Computer User Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering training sessions and workshops for our employees on various software platforms. Your expertise will enable users to navigate and utilize software tools effectively, enhancing their productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct software training sessions for new users, ensuring they grasp essential features.
  • Develop and update training materials based on user feedback and new software releases.
  • Assist users in navigating software applications and tools efficiently.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
  • Provide one-on-one support to employees with specific software inquiries.
  • Organise workshops and refresher training sessions as required.
  • Enhance user engagement through innovative training methods.
  • Collaborate with other trainers to improve training delivery and strategies.
  • Document common user challenges and propose solutions.
  • Ensure all training resources are current and accessible.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Certifications in Software Training or Instructional Design are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software training or user support
