Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dry Chain Puller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various mechanical equipment and tools to move, load, and unload dry chain products.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect machinery and equipment to determine the best way to remove chains safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in good condition and properly maintained.
  • Complete necessary paperwork related to work orders and job completion.
  • Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and safety.
  • Conduct routine checks on machinery to maximize performance and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors on production status.
  • Participate in safety training and initiatives.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance staff for repairs and upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operations

  • Current Forklift License
