UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Wollongong. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and our products. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and collaborating closely with developers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to final delivery.
• Utilize design tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and validate design approaches.
• Create user journey maps to visualize user interactions.
• Ensure designs are accessible and meet usability standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar discipline
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is beneficial

Experience

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
