Job Description

As a Court Clerk, you will be an essential part of the judiciary process. Your responsibilities will include managing court records, assisting judges, and ensuring courtroom procedures are followed. This role requires excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for legal personnel and patrons.
  • Record court proceedings accurately and efficiently.
  • Make public announcements in courtrooms.
  • Assist with compliance checks for legal documents.
  • Conduct research for court cases as needed.
  • Prepare financial and statistical reports related to court activity.
  • Participate in training for courtroom technology.
  • Facilitate communication between various court departments.
  • Manage the flow of information in high-pressure situations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to court patrons.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a court or legal environment
