Responsibilities

  • Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist senior lawyers in case preparation and strategy development.
  • Conduct research on legal precedents and relevant laws.
  • Efficiently manage filing systems and document databases.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and legal professionals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the collaborative environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • Admission to practice law in Australia is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, preferably in corporate law.
