Your role involves providing expert legal advice, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. This position is ideal for someone with a background in corporate law and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on contract law and legal obligations.
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents and reports.
• Review and analyze legal issues pertaining to operations.
• Support negotiations with clients and partners.
• Develop compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Monitor and assess legal risks in the business environment.
• Engage in legal training and awareness sessions for employees.
• Participate in business strategy discussions as a legal advisor.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's degree in Law (LLM) is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in legal counsel or similar role
