Job Description

As an Auto Parts Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the auto parts department, ensuring that inventory management, customer service, and sales functions operate smoothly. Your leadership will be key in developing sales strategies that align with our company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of the parts department while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and streamline processes to reduce waste.
  • Lead team meetings to foster a culture of communication and collaboration.
  • Explore online and offline marketing strategies to boost sales and market presence.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgetary needs and forecasts.
  • Create and implement training programs for staff to stay updated on new products.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports for management review.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the department and implement solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • An associate's degree in automotive technology or a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a management role within the automotive parts field
