Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carroter to join our team. The Carroter will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and smoothing metal surfaces of vehicles using hand and power tools. The successful candidate must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and ensure that work meets high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize metalworking techniques to refine vehicle surfaces.
• Collaborate with the production team to deliver timely results.
• Conduct regular maintenance on workshop equipment to prevent downtime.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and notify management of need.
• Work diligently to meet production schedules and targets.
• Document work completed for quality assurance purposes.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and issues.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in metal fabrication or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
