Commercial Pilot

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Pilot to join our aviation team. As a Commercial Pilot, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe execution of flight operations by inspecting the aircraft and evaluating pilots' performance. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where safety is paramount.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document flight data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead flight checks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Oversee the development of operational manuals and training documentation.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to uphold safety standards.
• Review pilot logs and training records for compliance and performance monitoring.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new pilots as needed.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the team.
• Be available for emergency response training and other safety initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Commercial Pilot License
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or relevant discipline (preferred)

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with proven training and evaluation skills.

Technical Skills

• Flight Simulator Software
• Aviation Regulatory Knowledge

Certifications

• FAA Certified Flight Instructor
• Safety Management Systems Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
