Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings.
• Ensure effective communication with patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
• Record observations and share relevant information with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and administer IV fluids and lab results.
• Conduct patient assessments and respond to emergencies as required.
• Participate in shift handovers and report accurate patient updates.
• Assist in training new nursing staff and nursing students.
• Contribute to staff meetings and suggest improvements in care delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current healthcare practices.
• Facilitate discharge planning and post-discharge care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification in Nursing or specialty is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years in a clinical setting preferred
