Job Description

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the grant application process. This includes identifying potential funding sources, collaborating with teams to develop proposals, and ensuring successful implementations of grant-funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Research potential funding sources and create outreach strategies.
• Design and manage grant proposals, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Assist in developing budgets reflective of project needs.
• Coordinate the submission of applications and reports to funders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders to secure funding.
• Conduct regular evaluations of grant-funded initiatives to ensure success.
• Create and maintain records of documentation pertaining to grant proposals.
• Keep abreast of relevant updates in grant application processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, nonprofit management or communications)

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in grant writing or fundraising
