Job Description

As a Family Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with families to address and overcome various challenges impacting their relationships. You will assess needs, provide direct support, and develop tailored care plans to enhance family dynamics and well-being. Your role will involve collaboration with community resources to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine family strengths and needs.
• Facilitate community engagement and resource connections for families.
• Develop and implement family-focused programs aimed at improving well-being.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to clientele.
• Support families through transitional periods and challenging situations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree in Social Work is an advantage

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in social services or community support roles
