Job Description

As a Parole Agent, you will oversee and monitor parolees to ensure they comply with their parole conditions and assist them in reintegrating into their communities. This role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to promoting public safety.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track parolees' compliance with parole conditions.
  • Collaborate with community partners to address parolees' needs.
  • Draft case reports and document interactions with parolees.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance professional skills.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop intervention strategies.
  • Facilitate access to rehabilitation services and support programs.
  • Provide advice and support to victims of crime as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Engage in community outreach to foster public awareness.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights for improving practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Advanced degree in criminal justice or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in corrections or community services.
