Responsibilities
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to address youth needs.
Promote and implement best practices in youth support and advocacy.
Facilitate community outreach programs to engage young people.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions.
Assist in the development of educational materials and resources for youth.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Youth Work or Social Studies
Experience
Experience in case management and program development is highly desirable
