Job Description

As a Social and Human Service Assistant, you will empower and support youth facing challenges. This role involves developing programs and providing advocacy services to enhance the well-being of young individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to address youth needs.
  • Promote and implement best practices in youth support and advocacy.
  • Facilitate community outreach programs to engage young people.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions.
  • Assist in the development of educational materials and resources for youth.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Youth Work or Social Studies
Experience
  • Experience in case management and program development is highly desirable
