Responsibilities

• Provide drug information and education for healthcare staff.

• Maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare providers.
• Participate in the development of pharmacy protocols and procedures.
• Assist in managing pharmacy inventory and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
