Job Description

As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process of goods and services. The role includes developing procurement policies and optimizing supply chain operations to enhance efficiency. This position is crucial for minimizing costs and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend suppliers to ensure quality materials are provided at a competitive price.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage procurement from requisition to delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and report on key performance indicators.
• Analyze and prepare financial reports concerning procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior procurement staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, or related field
• Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
