We are on the lookout for a dynamic E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales initiatives in Bunbury. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms, driving online marketing strategies, and enhancing the customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage promotional campaigns to attract new customers.
• Analyse customer behaviour and purchasing patterns for targeted marketing.
• Ensure e-commerce platforms are user-friendly and up to date.
• Liaise with IT to maintain website functionality and security.
• Evaluate competitor strategies and adapt to maintain market position.
• Develop and track sales forecasts to inform marketing and stock strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or MBA is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
