Job Description

We are searching for skilled Cement Masons and Concrete Finishers to enhance our team. Successful candidates will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete on various construction sites. Experience with concrete grinding and polishing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing tasks for various concrete applications.
• Assist with setting up forms and pouring concrete as needed.
• Evaluate and implement new techniques in concrete finishing.
• Maintain a tidy work environment, ensuring all tools are stored properly.
• Support project management with ongoing feedback and suggestions.
• Engage in ongoing training to update skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Concrete Finishing or relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years experience in concrete finishing or a related role.

Technical Skills

• Concrete Polishing

Languages

• English: Fluent
