Ship Engineer

Job Description

An engineering firm is seeking an experienced Ship Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining physical structures for a variety of marine projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering teams on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Oversee the drafting and revision of technical documentation.
• Identify and mitigate engineering risks associated with projects.
• Stay updated with maritime regulations and standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in ship design or naval engineering.
