Job Description

As a Brew House Supervisor at Local Craft Brewery, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire brewing process, ensuring that every batch of beer meets our high standards for quality and safety. You will lead a passionate brewing team, coordinating daily operations and implementing innovative brewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production schedule for brewing operations.
• Ensure the consistency of product quality and taste.
• Oversee inventory management for raw materials and finished products.
• Conduct quality assurance testing on each batch of beer.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely distribution.
• Implement safety checks and maintain a safe working environment.
• Lead regular team meetings to discuss production and quality goals.
• Assist in marketing initiatives for new product releases.
• Monitor brewing trends and adapt processes accordingly.
• Document all brewing processes for compliance and traceability.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III or higher in Brewing or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of brewing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
