Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Manager who is highly motivated and experienced to oversee our construction projects in Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional knowledge of project management processes, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
  • Conduct progress meetings and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices.
  • Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before project commencement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in the construction industry with a proven track record
