We are searching for a First-Line Supervisor to lead our team of entertainment and recreation workers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring safety standards, and enhancing the customer experience while working closely with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recreation staff in providing outstanding service to guests.
• Ensure operational standards are met while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Oversee the execution of recreational activities and events.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations for team members.
• Ensure all recreational equipment is in safe working condition.
• Develop policies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote recreational events.
• Manage budget and financial resources for the recreation department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a related field.
