Job Description

As a Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for creating and attaching wood heel back liners to our footwear. Your attention to detail will ensure high production standards are met while working with a variety of woodworking tools and machines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in inventory management of materials used in production.
• Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and reducing waste.
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Machinery maintenance
• Blueprint reading

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Woodworking Safety Certification
• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent
