We are seeking a knowledgeable Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sunshine Coast. In this role, you will design and develop chemical processes, conduct experiments, and ensure product quality while adhering to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering principles and hands-on experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical processes to improve production efficiency.
• Conduct research and development for new product lines.
• Supervise laboratory experiments and analyze results.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project development.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Master's degree is a plus

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
