Job Description

As the Education College Dean, you will lead the academic operations and oversee the implementation of programs and policies that enhance student learning and faculty performance. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can manage resources effectively while fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative academic strategies and their implementation.
  • Facilitate faculty training and development programs.
  • Advocate for student needs and promote their success.
  • Ensure the college adheres to accreditation standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate with industry partners for curriculum development.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of academic programs.
  • Coordinate with administrative staff for smooth operations.

  • Manage crisis situations that may affect student or faculty welfare.
  • Serve on various committees to support college governance.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field
  • PhD is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in academic leadership roles, preferably in higher education.
