Instructional Materials Director

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Instructional Materials Director to spearhead the development and implementation of instructional resources for a variety of educational programs. The successful candidate will utilise excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of instructional design to lead a dedicated team in producing high-quality materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and development of instructional materials, including textbooks and digital resources.
• Ensure alignment with national curriculum standards and local educational requirements.
• Coordinate with a diverse team to produce high-quality, error-free educational content.
• Conduct training sessions for instructional teams to enhance their capabilities and understanding of resources.
• Utilise analytics to assess the effectiveness of instructional materials and implement improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant area is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years managing instructional design projects and teams

Technical Skills

• Multimedia Development Tools

Certifications

• Online Learning Consortium Certification
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
