Responsibilities

  • Oversee all housing operations, ensuring safety and security for residents.
  • Implement policies and procedures for effective housing management.
  • Lead team recruitment, training, and supervision to provide high-quality services.
  • Enhance relationships with residents, academic staff, and external partnerships.
  • Coordinate with university departments to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Manage crises and respond to emergencies within housing operations.
  • Promote an inclusive living environment that supports student development.
  • Evaluate housing programs and services for continuous improvement.
  • Develop community engagement initiatives to foster a supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, student affairs, business administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred in higher education administration or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in housing and residence life administration, including staff supervision.
