Job Description

Become a Leaf Tier with Agricultural Solutions Australia, and contribute to the cultivation of premium tobacco products. You will be responsible for grading, sorting, and bundling leaves, working closely with a team to deliver quality results in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process tobacco leaves according to required specifications.
• Inspect tobacco leaves for quality assurance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Help in training new team members on proper techniques.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production issues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.

Advantageous

• Ability to speak multiple languages: Language skills beyond English are advantageous.
• Knowledge of tobacco grading and processing: Experience or training in tobacco processing methods preferred.
