Job Description

We are seeking experienced Arbitrators, Mediators, and Conciliators to join our dispute resolution team. In this role, you will utilise your skills to facilitate and resolve conflicts outside the traditional courtroom setting. The ideal candidates will have a strong legal background and a passion for ensuring fair outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review case materials to identify issues and establish the context of disputes.
• Assist parties in understanding the arbitration process and their options.
• Draft and issue arbitration-related documents, including notices and awards.
• Actively work to foster a collaborative environment during mediation sessions.
• Conduct follow-ups on arbitration outcomes to ensure compliance.
• Engage in community outreach for dispute resolution awareness.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in dispute resolution preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in arbitration or alternative dispute resolution.

Languages
