Join our team as a First-Line Supervisor of Landscaping, where you will take charge of a skilled team dedicated to creating stunning landscapes. Your responsibilities will include interpreting designs, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring all work meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily landscape construction operations and manage team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain Occupational Health and Safety standards.
  • Coordinate material procurement and manage site logistics.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships for project success.
  • Implement best practices in landscape construction techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Cert IV in Landscape Construction is preferred
  • Degree in Horticulture or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of landscape construction experience with a background in supervisory roles.
