Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ground Worker to join our team. This role involves maintaining and repairing outdoor facilities and grounds, where you’ll operate heavy machinery and assist in landscaping projects. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair outdoor facilities and grounds.
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment as necessary.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure team safety.
• Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping projects.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Ensure the site is kept clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure successful project completion.
• Provide support for construction activities as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Certifications
