We are seeking a dedicated Horticultural Worker to join our team in Melbourne. This role involves caring for and maintaining a variety of plants, gardens, and lawns. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for horticulture and an excellent eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of horticultural tasks, including planting and pest control.
• Operating horticultural equipment such as mowers and irrigation systems.
• Working alongside team members to accomplish landscaping goals.
• Ensuring all gardening areas are clean and orderly.
• Maintaining records of the plant's health and growth progress.
• Advising clients on maintenance strategies for their gardens.
• Identifying and resolving plant health issues promptly.
• Following safety protocols and guidelines consistently.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Horticulture or similar qualification

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in landscaping or gardening

• Pesticide Application
• Soil Management

Advantageous

• Knowledge of irrigation systems: Experience with setting up and maintaining various irrigation systems.
• First Aid Certification: Certification in First Aid is preferred for safety.
