Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Tractor Operator to join our agronomy team. You will have hands-on responsibilities in operating tractors for plowing, sowing, and harvesting, ensuring that all farm tasks are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate various agricultural machinery including tractors and harvesters.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including fuel use and machine hours.
• Collaborate with farm staff to ensure timely completion of planting and harvesting tasks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on machinery.
• Assist in general farm operations as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Valid tractor operation license or certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
